    You may cancel your booking at least 12 hours in advance without any charges.
  • Same-Day Cancellations
    If cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, a 25% cancellation fee may apply to cover booking and staff allocation costs.
  • 🔄 Rescheduling
    You may reschedule once for free (24-hour notice required). Repeated changes may incur a nominal rescheduling fee.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Eligible for Refunds If:
    • Service was not delivered as confirmed.
    • You’ve cancelled in advance (as per above terms).
    • There was a verified service quality issue (photos/proof required within 24 hours).
  • Not Eligible for Refunds If:
    • You refuse service after team arrival without valid reason.
    • You booked a service but were unreachable or unavailable.
    • Service was partially or fully rendered.
  • Refund Process:
    Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.

📦 Returns (For Products, If Any)

We are a service-based company. Product returns are not applicable unless bundled items (e.g., cleaning materials or pest control devices) are damaged on delivery.
